Attractive villa with swimming pool at Aubussargues, 7km west of Uzès. Les Cyprès sleeps 8 in total with 3 double bedrooms in the villa plus an independent 2 person studio apartment.

Built on a south-facing hillside at the edge of the village and bordering woodland, the property is very private and has a real sense of space and light. The house is all at ground floor level and comprises:

• Spacious reception room with open fireplace and 3 French windows onto the south-facing terrace. Dining area. UK satellite TV, DVD & CD player.

• Well equipped kitchen with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Small dining table seating 4.

The village has no shops but a bakery van stops at the gate daily bringing fresh bread and croissants. A pizza van also stops in the village once a week.
