A studio apartment in the garden of the owner's house in a quiet residential street in the centre of Uzès. The one roomed studio sleeps 2 people comfortably and benefits from the beautiful sunny garden. In addition, it benefits from a free secure parking space.

Property description:-

The studio is at the rear of the property, situated in an attractive mature garden. With large windows overlooking the garden, the studio is bright and cheerful. The owner speaks several languages fluently including French, English, Spanish & German and will welcome you to her home.

The studio (25 square metres) comprises:

• Large studio room with double bed and sofa which may be used as a single bed. Dining table & chairs.
  
  
• Kitchen area with 2 gas rings, small electric oven, sink and large fridge with freezer compartment.
• Shower, wash basin & separate toilet.
• Garden (shared with the owner). Outdoor table & chairs under a tree and screened from the owner's house for your privacy.
• Free secure parking space available for guests nearby.
• Gas heating

Rental is inclusive of all linen (bedding, bath towels and kitchen linen).

Available from May to mid-October only. A charge of 30 Euros per week is made if the heating is used. Please note that change-over is on a Saturday only.

One small well-behaved dog welcome. Please note that the owner has a small dog & three cats.
