In Collias, 10 km from Uzes. The village has a bakery, shop & bar. It also has the only 2 Michelin star restaurant in the area. Collias is well-known for its river gorges and kayaking down the river to the Pont du Gard is a popular summer pastime.

This stone house is perfectly renovated and provides very comfortable accommodation. There are 4 bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. The property has a fabulous large garden which is beautifully landscaped with grass and mature trees. There is a large swimming pool, an exterior dining area with table seating 12 and a summer kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. There is a secure parking area outside the garden.

Ground-floor triple bedroom with air confitioning. En-suite bathroom (shower, toilet & double basins). The washing machine & tumble dryer are in this bathroom. Access to the spa.

One of the three first-floor double bedrooms. The bedroom featured has an en-suite shower-room (shower, toilet & basin). All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds. They share a bathroom.
