Location: 7km from Uzès, this villa offers a quiet holiday where you will not want to do anything but sit on the terrace and gaze at the spectacular view. Simply furnished but with lots of charm, the south-facing villa has a large garden with mature trees giving pleasant shade and a lovely swimming pool.

The medieval hilltop village of St. Victor des Oules has a well-respected retaurant and a bakery van stops outside the house every day to deliver fresh baguettes.

Property description:-

• The ground floor comprises one large room. The sitting area has a sofa & chairs, TV & DVD (bring your own DVDs). Wood burning stove.

• The well equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, gas hob & electric oven, microwave and coffee machine
• There are 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area at the top of the stairs:-

• Bedroom 1 has twin beds which can be put together to make a 160cm double bed.

• Bedroom 2 has a 140cm double bed

.

• The third bedroom is open to the stairs and the two main bedrooms are accessed through it. Thus it is suitable for a family with children but not for people requiring privacy. There are two single beds and one child's bed. For security, there is a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
• Shower room with wash basin and extra large shower with twin shower heads enabling two people to shower at the same time. Washing machine.
• Separate toilet.
• Electric heaters for cooler months.

• Swimming pool (9m x 4m) with alarm. Sunloungers. View!

• Large gardens with grass & mature trees.
• Covered dining terrace.
• Gas barbecue.
• The house sits in fully enclosed grounds with electric gates & plenty of parking. Car port.

Bed linen & towels included. Swimming towels may be rented at extra cost.
Available May - September. Sorry no pets.
