Location: 20km north of Uzès, the property, built on a south-facing hillside, is a haven of peace and calm. Set in grounds of 1 hectare, it enjoys open views over vineyards & lavendar fields. Nearby is the attractive town of Goudargues with its shops, restaurants and weekly market.

Property description:

The property has two letting units attached to the owner's house and these share the gardens and swimming pool. The letting units may be rented individually or together depending on the size of your party. This may be of particular interest to groups of two or more families who wish to holiday together but retain some independence. The owner lives on-site all year and provides a very warm welcome. She is a professional caterer and can cook your meals if requested.

"La Petite Maison"

La Petite Maison is arranged over two levels and the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. It sleeps up to 7 in 3 bedrooms and comprises:

• Independent entrance

• Living room with wood burning stove, TV/video and south-facing terrace

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer

• Master double bedroom with south-facing terrace
• Ground floor bedroom with double bed

• Triple bedroom
• 2 bathrooms

• Terrace & balconies with spectacular views over countryside

"Les Caves"

This unit is an apartment underneath the main house and sleeps 5 as follows:-

• Independent entrance

• Large studio room with sitting area, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The sofa converts to a bed, sleeping 1.

• Double bedroom

• Twin bedded sleeping area with beautiful vaulted ceiling
• Shower room

Outdoors

• Large swimming pool (12m x 6m) with pool shower. Pool security provided by an alarm
• Terraces, both covered and open with dining tables
• Barbecue
• Courtyard
• Shady garden with mature trees
• Olive grove
  

Household linen included. Please bring your own towels for swimming. Cot available on request.

Available for let all year. Heating in the winter is provided by central heating radiators, wood burning stoves and gas heaters. Long term winter lets welcome.

Prices for 2009/10 per week in Euros:-

A 10% discount is available when renting both units.
